The Profile of a Lifelong Learner is a research-backed, equity-oriented framework that defines the skills adults need to thrive in the workforce of today and tomorrow. Rather than teaching digital literacy as a separate skill set, the Profile embeds it into the lifelong learning practices workers and job seekers should have in order to advance their careers.
